Charities & IRA’s Coming Together Through Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCD’s)

Join us for a practical presentation on Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs)—a powerful charitable planning tool for individuals age 70½ and older with IRAs. This session is designed for attorneys advising charitably inclined clients, as well as professionals working with nonprofits interested in planned giving strategies.

The presentation will cover the basics of QCDs, how they interact with Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), key benefits and limitations, and how legal professionals can help clients and nonprofits use QCDs effectively.

This program is a qualified 1-hour CLE credit presentation for attorneys. RSVP is required to attend.

Schedule:

5:30 pm - Light refreshments will be provided

6:00 pm - Presentation Begins
