Join us for Pathways' 2026 Gala – Unmasking Hope: A Masquerade Gala for Mental Health on Friday, October 23, 2026, at the beautiful at the Delamar Greenwich Harbor in Greenwich, Connecticut.

This elegant evening will bring together community leaders, supporters, and advocates to raise critical funds for Pathways' programs serving adults living with chronic mental health conditions.

Valet parking will be available for all guests.

Charities & IRA’s Coming Together Through Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCD’s)

Join us for a practical presentation on Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs)—a powerful charitable planning tool for individuals age 70½ and older with IRAs. This session is designed for attorneys advising charitably inclined clients, as well as professionals working with nonprofits interested in planned giving strategies.

The presentation will cover the basics of QCDs, how they interact with Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), key benefits and limitations, and how legal professionals can help clients and nonprofits use QCDs effectively.

This program is a qualified 1-hour CLE credit presentation for attorneys. RSVP is required to attend.

Speaker

Julie Jason, JD, LLM is the Founder and CEO of Jackson, Grant Investment Advisers, Inc., a fiduciary investment counsel firm based in Stamford, Connecticut. A Columbia Law School masters graduate, Julie began her career as a securities lawyer on Wall Street before moving into investment management. She is an award-winning author, columnist, and frequent speaker, and a recipient of President Obama’s Call to Service Award. Julie presents on QCDs as part of her pro bono mission to advance investor education and charitable giving.
