Pathways, INC Hosts Informative QCD Presentation with Julie Jason, JC, LLM 

Greenwich, CT — January 20, 2026 — Pathways, INC, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting adults with mental health challenges, proudly hosted a special educational session at The CLUB (8 Sinawoy Road, Cos Cob) on Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs), featuring guest speaker Julie Jason, JC, LLM. The CLUB is a day program that brings the community together by offering engaging activities, supportive services, and nutritious meals throughout the week. The presentation provided valuable insights to attendees on how charitable giving through QCDs can benefit both donors and nonprofit organizations. Julie Jason, a respected legal expert in charitable giving, shared her extensive knowledge on the tax advantages and strategic planning opportunities of QCDs. Attendees gained practical guidance on leveraging QCDs to support charitable causes while optimizing their retirement giving. 

The event included a Q&A session, allowing attendees to engage directly with Julie Jason and clarify specific questions regarding QCDs and charitable contributions. Pathways, INC plans to continue offering similar educational sessions to empower donors and strengthen its community of supporters.

I have 18 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations in Greenwich, CT. My professional passion centers on health and wellness, with a particular focus on the connection between nutrition and mental health. I am a Certified Integrative Health Coach and am currently completing my Master of Science in Human Nutrition, concentrating on Nutrition and Mental Health.
